	“Our plan is simple. Each of the five points of the Sheriff’s badge represents a part of the plan for a more efficient, responsive and progressive Sheriff’s Department. Our Five Point Plan will be implemented swiftly and decisively, bringing a new level of effective law enforcement to Boone County” -Ken Campbell



As the Indiana Sheriff’s badge has five points, Ken Campbell’s master plan for the Boone County Sheriff’s Department has five key points. Rather than parrot the usual vague promises of a political campaign, Campbell believes that the public has a right to know the key points of his philosophy for management of the Boone County Sheriff’s Department.
